Was Kurt Cobain's death a Suicide or Murder?
A normal suicide committed from depression 
or a still unsolved conspiracy?
I'll discuss some facts and no 
im not trying to convince you... 
I just want to make a more in depth opinion than "apparent" suicide

The Weapon
[x] Why was the empty single shell found 
on the left side of Kurt's body?
The ejection chamber is on the right side of the 
shotgun kurt used.
[x] Why could no fingerprints be retrieved? 
Was the shotgun wiped or were just basic other
 factors involved?

Courtney Love
[x] Why are there recorded conversations of Courtney discussing 
how Kurt's death would increase NIRVANA sales?
[x] Courtney and Kurt were on the verge of divorce, 
but his death would make her prosper a lot more financially.
[x] Courtney also had her own band and discussed 
his death as a way to raise her record sales as well
[x] Courtney said Kurt left a note for her saying
 he was leaving the music business, leaving Courtney, 
and leaving his home. She claimed it was under her pillow.
[x] An investigator checked the house the day before
 Kurt's body was found (including "under the pillows")
no such note was found...
[x] Courtney claimed Kurt left a second note.
 She admitted to having it...8months after Kurt's body was found...
Why the wait?
[x] Why did the note seem "phony" to the detectives?
 Especially the last 4 lines the handwriting 
seemed to be someone elses...

The Drugs
[x] Many think Kurt just did a regular amount of drugs, 
was high and depressed,causing him to shoot himself.
[x] What they may not know is that he had traces of heroine...
not a normal dise. Not a dose big enough, 
only to kill him once, but 3 times.
[x] Why shoot himself instead of just letting 
the huge amount of drugs take his life?
[x] He loved his daughter more than anything. 
Why would he shoot himself in the head with 
a shotgun and let his daughter find him like that? 
Quite a horrific image for her..
[x] With 3 times a fatal dose of heroine in his system, 
would he even be able to pick up a shotgun? 
woud'nt he be incapacitated within a few seconds 
from the massive dose of drugs?
[x] Medical research shows that he, infact, 
would be immediatly dead and would'nt be 
able to pick up the shotgun, let alone pull the trigger.

The False Report
[x] Why did police say that Kurt was barricaded
 in the room when all there was to lock the doors 
was a simple push and turn lock?
[x] We were told that a stoll wedged the door close. 
Why was it found on the other side of the
 room near 2 unlocked doors leading to the balcony?
[x] Why was the case closed in under a month 
when the shotgun wasn't even tested for fingerprints yet?
 which took a month to do for some reason...

El Duce
[x] El Duce was a guy Courtney knew.
 He claimed she offered him $50,000 to kill Kurt...
he refused
[x] The lie detecting test proved he was saying the truth by 97%
-8 days later he was found dead run over by a train...

COINCIDENCE?

The case was so quickly labeled a suicide with:
[x] Little evidence supporting it was a suicide. 
[x] Much more evidence supports a murder.
